Rule 22
<br>updating maps and routes
The land surveying department will be responsible for updating the land surveying map and the prepared section.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), the department shall be responsible for updating the maps and maps other than the land surveying maps and maps.
(3) According to sub-rule (1) while updating the maps and maps, the surveying branch shall do as follows:-
(a) In case of change of land ownership or lot through registration or other process, the details of the same shall also be indicated in the plot register and the plot register as per Schedule-13,
(b) If the type of land is changed due to natural calamity or any other reason or if there is a request to change the type of land from any person or organization and if that behavior is considered reasonable, then the type of land is changed and sent to the land office for matching.
(c) If a section has to be cut according to a document passed by the Land Port Office or a court decision, the section should be cut and filled with ink on the map and kept up to date,
(d) If it is found that a mistake has been made while cutting or filling in ink on the map, make the necessary corrections according to the written agreement with the concerned land office and inform the concerned land owner and the land office. (e) If two or more parcels of land belonging to the same land owner are combined in one place, if the respective land owner submits an application to merge them into a single parcel, he shall agree with the concerned land office and establish a single lot and send the parcel to the land office in writing to match the land.
(f) The land that is pending registration in the regional book and the details of the land that has been registered in accordance with the prevailing law, and the details of which have come to be obtained, should be reported to the Kaifiat Mahal of the regional book and the division.
(g) In the case that small parcels of land cannot be shown clearly according to the measurements mentioned on the map, prepare a file map with a larger measurement and mark it on the map and open the details in the book and keep it in a separate file. Explanation: For the purpose of this section, "file map" meansIt should be considered a separate file map prepared in existing or larger scale to clearly show the small parts that cannot be clearly shown on the da map.
(h) In the area designated by the Director General, the relevant landowners, the representatives of the relevant village development committee or the municipality, including the present Sandhiyars, shall be kept in Rohwar to erect boundary markers according to the allocated boundaries and prepare a plot map with separate measurements of each plot,
(i) If there is a demand from both sides to make the boundary between the two parts wide and in a simple geometrical shape, then it will be done in a way that does not affect the area.
(4) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (3), in the event that the surveyor has not checked the measurements and handed over the surveyor, the task of updating the map surveyor will be done by the surveyor.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), the department shall be responsible for updating the maps and maps other than the land surveying maps and maps.
